This is a great opportunity to join our HS Financial Group, LLC (HSF) family. We have an immediate need to fill several Customer Service Representatives to work remotely (may change in the future). You will be responsible for assisting customers who call in asking questions about their student loans. We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic, coachable, professional, ethical, and flexible. To be successful in these positions you must enjoy interacting with customers and know how to use a combination of phone and email skills to communicate effectively. Please be aware you will be going through a federal government clearance if you are offered and accept the position.

Loan Servicing Texas
As a Loan Servicing Customer Service Representative you will provide support to consumers with federal direct loans through the Department of Education. The primary responsibilities will be to field incoming calls or chats from borrowers, as well as make outbound calls regarding Federal Student Aid (FSA) Loan Servicing. This is currently a remote position and must live in Texas.
Loan Servicing Ohio
As a Loan Servicing Customer Service Representative you will provide support to consumers with federal direct loans through the Department of Education. The primary responsibilities will be to field incoming calls or chats from borrowers, as well as make outbound calls regarding Federal Student Aid (FSA) Loan Servicing. This is currently a remote position and must live in Ohio.
Customer Service Representative II
Ensures handling of general, escalated, or complex customer inquiries across functional areas through multiple channels including but not limited to phone, email, chat, SMS, and back-office processing. Performs thorough handling, including follow-through, of escalated inquiries, tasks and/or casework to prevent future escalations for scenarios already encountered. Assists CSR 1 staff inquiries via Assist Chat, phone, and participates in collaborative coaching as needed. Ensures efficient and accurate completion of tasks to meet metric goals. Follow proper company procedures and/or contract policy, Federal and/or State regulations, and adhere to privacy and security requirements to protect customers, clients, business partners, and MOHELA.
Loan Servicing Supervisor
The Loan Servicing Supervisor is responsible for leading, coordinating activities and monitoring the work of assigned Loan Specialist.
BPO
As a Customer Service Representative you will be assisting customers through inbound calls, emails, and chats in answering their student loan questions while adhering to all Federal, State, and local laws and regulations as well as company policies and procedures. This is currently a remote position and must live within the San Angelo area.
BPO Supervisor
As a BPO Customer Service Supervisor you will be responsible for leading Customer Service Representatives coordinating activities and monitoring the work of your team. Supervisor will be responsible for coaching and mentoring staff and the hiring and disciplining of staff. Tracking performance and effort by CSR is critical in this position. This is currently a remote position and you must live within the San Angelo area.
PSLF
As a Customer Service Representative you will be assisting customers through inbound calls, emails, and chats in answering their student loan questions while adhering to all Federal, State, and local laws and regulations as well as company policies and procedures. This is currently a remote position and must live within the San Angelo area.
PSLF Supervisor
Responsible for leading, coordinating activities and monitoring work of PSLF Specialist. Also responsible for disciplining, coaching and mentoring staff, while adhering to all Federal, State and local laws and regulation as well as company policies and procedures.
